undertake to seek blessings from Allah and purify their souls. Unlike Hajj,
which is mandatory for all able-bodied Muslims who can afford it, Umrah

Umrah ritual

Umrah consists of a series of rituals that pilgrims must perform in a
specific order. Below are the main rituals of Umrah:
Ihram
Before starting their journey to Mecca, pilgrims must enter a state of
Ihram, which involves wearing two seamless white garments for men and
modest clothing for women. Ihram represents a state of purity and
humility before Allah.

Tawaf

Upon arriving in Mecca, pilgrims perform Tawaf, which involves circling
the Kaaba seven times counterclockwise while reciting supplications and
prayers.
Sa'ee
After Tawaf, pilgrims perform Sa'ee, which involves walking seven times
between the hills of Safa and Marwah, located near the Kaaba.
Shave or cut your hair.

After completing Sa'ee, pilgrims must shave their heads or cut their hair,

Symbolizing their renewal and purification

Umrah is one of the greatest acts of worship, a pilgrimage to Mecca that
countless Muslims make each year. It can be done at any time, unlike the
annual pilgrimage. Umrah is also known as a small pilgrimage or small
Hajj. You can also visit the holy city of Makkah by booking an all-inclusive
making it easy for you to meet all your
travel needs. Umrah is a sublime prayer of great value in Islam. The
beautiful Sunnah of Prophet PBUH is a great way to receive Allah's
blessings and countless benefits and rewards when done with pure
intentions and only for the benefit of Almighty Allah.

Importance of Umrah

Umrah is a sacred act that the Holy Prophet performed four times in his
life. The importance of Umrah can be determined through various hadiths.
"And the reward of Hajj Mabrur (the approved hajj by Allah) is

Nothing except Jannah."

Importance of Umrah in various Hadiths
Many hadiths reveal the meaning of Umrah. The Prophet himself
performed this sacred religious duty four times and introduced it to his
followers. Qatada narrated that I asked Anas RA how many times the

Apostle of Allah (PBUH) performed Umrah.

He replied: “Four times.” Qatada asked: “How many times did he
perform Hajj? Anas replied: “Once.” Guest of Almighty Allah

Paradise. That person has the opportunity to become a guest of the
Supreme Creator of the entire Universe.
“There are three guests of Allah; Ghazi (warrior who fights Islam
in Jihad), Hajji (pilgrim who performs Hajj for the sake of Allah)

and Mu'tamir (pilgrim who performs Umrah).”

Erase past sins

By seeing the House of Allah in Mecca perform Umrah, Muslims help
purify their body, soul, and spirit by eliminating sins committed in the

past. Umrah, performed with a pure heart and pure intentions, can purify
all the past mistakes of a pilgrim. This does not mean that a person can
commit kabbalah and perform Umrah to wash away his wrongdoings. The
sins that Allah forgives will be small sins, not the sins of Kabeera. The
Messenger of Allah said:
“Umrah after Umrah will be a reconstruction of the damage to all

that happened between them.”

Go directly to Jannah

Umrah is a religious journey that gives you inner peace, satisfaction and
material rewards that will stay with you even after you leave. There's no
better deal than this! In the case of pilgrims in the territories of Mecca
and Medina who die during the sacred Umrah journey. He or she will
benefit greatly from Jannah. The wife of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), Hazrat
Ayesha R.A reported that the Messenger of Allah said:
"Whoever leaves his home for Hajj and Umrah and dies on the
journey, nothing will be given to him and he will be blameless on
the Day of Resurrection and it will be said, pass on for Jannah."
Equivalent to Jihad
There are specific times, and for specific individuals, Allah SWT has made
Jihad equal to performing Umrah. Abu Huraira R.A reported that the
Prophet SAWW said:
“This jihad of the elders, the beginners, the weak and the women

is Hajj and Umrah.”

Umrah is equivalent to Hajj

Umrah is a supreme ibadah of great importance today. However, Umrah
through Umrah packages 2023 from UK , celebrated during the holy
month of Ramadan, has no contrast. During the month of Ramadan, Allah
SWT increases the reward for every good deed, so imagine what the
benefits of the holy journey of Umrah will be. Umrah during Ramadan is
equivalent to Hajj.
Abdullah bin Abbas R.A reported this, Allah's Apostle SAWW explained.

Although Umrah is an optional obligation, it is very important for those
who are capable of performing it. Otherwise, they will have to perform it
on the Day of Judgment. Hazrat Muhammad SAWW said, narrated by
Hazrat Ali R.A, that:
“An obvious need, a tyrannical ruler or an illness that restricts you
to your home does not prevent you from performing Hajj and
Umrah, and by using their functions, if he dies, he will die as a

Jew.”

On the other hand, if someone is able to perform Hajj, they should
complete it by booking an all-inclusive Hajj package. Hajj is mandatory
for all Muslims at least once in their lifetime, if possible. You must miss
this opportunity if he gets it.
